The Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry stream targets highly skilled individuals who intend to live and work in Nova Scotia permanently. To qualify, candidates must have at least one year of experience working in Nova Scotia in a high skilled occupation. This program is also aligned with the federal Express Entry immigration system.

Nova Scotia Skilled Worker

If a skilled worker receives a job offer from a Nova Scotia employer, they may be able to submit an application through this stream to facilitate their immigration process.

After operating their Nova Scotia business for one year, applicants may be nominated for permanent resident status.
