The Ontario Human Capital initiative is a component of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) managed by the province of Ontario. This initiative encompasses five distinct immigration streams, each designed to attract and nominate foreign nationals who possess a combination of skills, experiences, and abilities that align with the labor market needs of Ontario. The goal of the Ontario Human Capital initiative is to facilitate the integration of highly qualified individuals into Ontario’s workforce and support the economic growth of the province.
OINP Human Capital includes the following streams:
Applicants who are successful through any of the Ontario Human Capital streams will receive an official provincial nomination from Ontario. This provincial nomination makes applicants eligible to apply for Canadian permanent resident status.
