The Ontario PhD Graduate stream is a part of the Human Capital category of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), a Provincial Nominee Program administered by the Ontario province. The stream targets recent doctoral degree graduates from eligible Ontario institutions who are looking to reside and work in the province. Upon successful nomination through this stream, candidates will receive an invitation to submit an official application for Canadian permanent residency.
