The Ontario Employer Job Offer initiative is a component of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) operated by the province of Ontario. This initiative encompasses three immigration streams that target foreign nationals who have secured a valid job offer from a qualifying employer within the province of Ontario. The Ontario Employer Job Offer initiative includes the following streams:
Successful applicants through any of the streams within the Ontario Employer Job Offer initiative will receive an official nomination from the province of Ontario. This nomination will make the applicants eligible to apply for Canadian permanent resident status. The objective of this initiative is to attract and retain skilled foreign workers who have the ability to contribute to the economic growth and competitiveness of the province of Ontario.
