The Ontario Foreign Workers stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) designed to target highly skilled foreign nationals who have received a valid job offer from an Ontario-based employer. The OINP is operated by the province of Ontario and provides foreign workers with an opportunity to apply for Canadian permanent residency after being successfully nominated through this stream.
